Whether you are new to the game of real estate investing or a seasoned pro, we are here to help. We looked around and found that there was VERY little LOCALLY FOCUSED real estate investing community activity online. Sure, there is KREIA and other landlord groups and they are great, but they are not a) online where you can ask questions 24/7 b) we are looking to build a community that is LESS about self promotion and MORE about getting good information out there and into investors’ hands. (And we are SERIOUS about that–)
Who’s we? Well, several of the experienced agents that deal mainly in real estate investment at RE/MAX Properties East got together and decided to put this blog / forum up. We have enlisted the help of our friends at COMMONWEALTH BANK & TRUST. They are mortgage pro’s that know their stuff. (And we are grateful for their help and support.) We are not trying to sell you services…(if you find what we do to be of value, we’d love to help, but that is NOT the main goal.) We have found that we make more money by sharing our ideas and professional expertise. We think, no we know, that it will come back to us.
